So...

It's been a rough couple of years. While I don't think that any year could possibly top 2011 for the sheer amount of misery and misfortune I had to go through, 2012 definitely had its share of brutal hits. Every attempt I've made to encapsulate all of these events into a single comic or blog post resulted in failure, since a new crisis kept finding a way into my life whenever I thought I had a chance to breathe. My health trouble alone during this time could easily make for a long string of comics by themselves.

Actually, that's not a bad idea. Guess I'll have to get on that.

In any case, I'll be damned if I'm going to let 2013 be anything but a substantial improvement. Expect a lot more artwork in the months to follow. Wish me luck.
