Daily Sketch: Full Milo

Wow, done a lot earlier than usual tonight :D. Been a while since I drew Milo (or a full color sketch, for that matter), so I figured it was about time. Also decided to finally write up a little bio for her.

Name: Milo Christopher Brooks
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Ethnicity: Caucasian American
Hometown: Glennville, Georgia
Occupation: Waitress

Milo is a bit of an anomaly in her family, as she's the first and only girl to be born into the massive Brooks clan in over three generations. Due to a clerical error, her parents were fully led to believe that their seventh child was going to be a boy, as usual, leaving them understandably baffled when she was born- so much so, that they weren't even able to come up with a different name for her. Opting to just leave it as is, they raised and home schooled Milo alongside her brothers on the family ranch.

Despite first appearances and her lack of feminine influences growing up, Milo is about as girly as they come. She's bubbly, polite, outgoing, and incredibly domestic. She finds great joy in caring for kids and animals, as well as baking literal piles of desserts to share with everyone she encounters. Notoriously outspoken and headstrong, there’s almost nothing that can change Milo's mind once it’s made up. To complicate things, her enthusiasm has a habit of racing a million miles ahead of her, often landing Milo in a fair amount of trouble and shenanigans once she finally catches up with it. Thankfully, she’s gifted with a very nice combination of brain and brawn, allowing her to overcome just about any trouble she inadvertently puts herself in. She’s especially proud of her intellect and hates when people try to judge her by the ‘stupid Southerner’ stereotype. Since her strong accent is a dead giveaway of where she comes from, she encounters this a lot more than she’d like, but she thankfully does a good job of keeping her confrontations as peaceful as possible. She currently works as a bar waitress, and dreams of starting her own bakery someday.
