So
I wound up doodling some MLP stuff to try and break myself out of the
recent art block, and discovered something rather amazing while trying
to do the lineart.
Apparently, with a few small adjustments, Sketchbook's felt pen tool (which I had previously NEVER used) turns into the most amazing inking tool, combining the size/pressure variance of the pencil tool with the sleek opacity consistency of the paintbrush tool.
I am equal parts ecstatic at this discovery and enraged that it's taken me so long to figure out.
