I haven't had a genuine night's sleep in.....a while. Lately, this means sleeping on and off for about three hours a night, followed by passing out for another four or five hours during the day. Needless to say, my internal clock a bit off.
I reeeeeally don't want to go back on sleeping pills, but at the same time, this is getting pretty ridiculous.
