Daily Sketch: Anxiety Multiplier

I didn't think it was possible for my social anxiety to get worse, but after a year of having to isolate from the general public, my capacity for socializing has been utterly TANKED. Rehabilitation after vaccination is gonna be rough.

  1. Take a deep breath and try not to focus on what gives you the anxiety. Focus on things that you enjoy and take you away from this lunacy we call life. I know what you are going through and it is tough. Don't let your anxiety rule you. Make the anxiety your B!&$@. Just remember people care about you and support you :)
