Having a pretty lousy start to the week so far. My car battery getting drained has been an ongoing problem for the past year or so, and no amount of paranoid light checking and door/trunk closing has stopped it from happening again. Got a sinking feeling the alternator might be busted, but we'll see what the mechanic says when he checks it out tomorrow.
At least THIS time it didn't happen on the day of an infusion appointment.
I hear you...my little car that has never had problems in the 6 years since I bought it decided to turn on the check engine light and then die half way to work on the side of the freeway on Monday Morning >:( It's like it knew it was almost paid off (May). I feel your auto pain :( Hope your mechanic can figure it out.
